We have embarked on our 2020-2021 school year, and though many things have changed since last year, the heart and soul of our school remain the foundation upon which we stand strong together. The Education Council will kick off our first meeting on Tuesday, 9/22. This year, we will continue to focus on our core areas of concern -- Student Life, Technology, Finance, Marketing and Development.  Where these areas intersect with the school's ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will provide support and input to the Pandemic Response Team.   

The Education Council will be more equipped to serve our community if we hear from you!  We have created an easy to use Education Council Committee Request Form that parents and teachers can access on the SVMS website and use to communicate any issues you would like us to address.  (Praises and accolades are welcomed too. 😊)  You can find the form by going to svmsnj.org, logging in and clicking the Parent Tab > Organizations > Education Council.
