Dear All K through 8 parents,

It is important for you to know that every child requires an annual pre participation physical examination to be performed each year.

The insurance companys will pay for an annual exam on or about the childs birthday, so it is not necessary for you to pay for this physical. 

The forms are on the website, but I can supply them for you if necessary. 

I have been sending notices home, however it is much easier to reach all of you at the same time.
