    Receiving News

    Parents are responsible for setting up their eNewsletter subscription via their account on the SVMS website. Instructions can be found on this page, and are also sent at the time the website account is created for the parent. Parents are asked to keep their e-mail accounts updated so that they will continue to receive announcements. If you change your e-mail addressplease inform the office AND update your e-mail account in your account settings on the school's website: www.svmsnj.org  

    SVMS uses e-mail almost exclusively to communicate information about school events, policies, etc. It is important that you opt-in to receive these communications. We recommend that you subscribe to the following eNewsletters:

    • SVMS Weekly News (also delivers timely eBlasts)
    • SVMS Features
    • News for New Families (if you have just joined the school)
    • Grade-level news (ex. Kindergarten News, etc.)

    Please note that your grade-level news does NOT automatically update each year. You must adjust your account settings to reflect the new grade to which your child(ren) has/have advanced.

    Registered users may subscribe to the eNewsletter using the steps outlined in the attached document below. If you have not yet become a registered user of the website, please contact marketing@svmsnj.org to request an account.

    Remember to mark @svmsnj.org as a safe sender in your e-mail account so that messages from the school do not go to your junk or spam folders.

    In order to update user account setting, you must login to the websiite.

    Sending News

    Committee members may want to send information to the school community about upcoming events and required tasks. Please follow the process outlined in the attached document below to submit your news item for approval by the Principal and inclusion in the Weekly eNewsletter. If you experience any difficulties in submitting your news item, please contact marketing@svmsnj.org so that your issue can be addressed in an efficient manner.
