Learn more about our mission
St. Vincent Martyr School has always been proud of the sense of community it has fostered and appreciates the love and loyalty demonstrated by its graduates and their families. In an historic year when we have all come to better appreciate the ties that bind us, SVMS seeks to enable connectivity among its community members. In that spirit, we are excited to announce some new initiatives to serve our Alumni and their families.
Join the Alumni Association
We are renewing efforts to create an Association for our Alumni and their families so that we may share important news and events. Membership is free and is open to graduates, former students and their families, as well as former faculty and staff. If you have not already joined the Association, please enroll online by clicking the link below. You may enroll your alumni children in the association, or encourage them to join on their own. We ask that you share this email with SVMS friends and family who want to stay in touch with the school community.
Share Alumni News
We have created an Alumni News page on our school website where you can share milestones such as graduations, marriages, births and deaths. The page will be updated monthly with items submitted by alumni and their families. Please visit this page to submit your item or review news.
Attend In-Person Events
While pandemic restrictions currently limit our ability to gather as a community, we hope to once again host events like last year’s Homecoming, which featured a basketball tournament and cocktail party. We are currently evaluating the feasibility of holding an outdoor Alumni Mass and Reception in the Spring. We look forward to seeing you in person in the near future.
Stay Connected Online
In the meantime, you can stay connected to St. Vincent Martyr School online. Our website and social media channels feature news and events about our vibrant and thriving Catholic school. Be sure to visit our website and follow our social media accounts to see how SVMS is staying true to its mission of providing an outstanding education rooted in the values of Catholic faith as it has been since 1848.
Spread the Word
Please express your devotion to SVMS by letting friends and family know that enrollment of new students will begin in January. Our recent online Open House was one of our most successful in recent years, and we have a large number of new students already interested in attending our school. Families who want to enroll should visit our Admissions Portal at the link below, or contact Mary Brooks at email@example.com The success of our students and the love demonstrated by their families is the best representation of what we have to offer as a school.
Accept Our Warm Wishes
We truly cherish the relationships we have built with our students and their families throughout the years. We wish you many blessings, and sincerely hope you will remain part of the St. Vincent Martyr School community.
With warm regards,
Rev. Msgr. George F. Hundt
Pastor of St. Vincent Martyr Parish
Sr. Noreen Holly, SC
