Please review information about submitting news items for publication, and subscribing to school communications.
SVMS uses e-mail almost exclusively to communicate information about school events, policies, etc. Parents are asked to keep their e-mail accounts updated so that they will continue to receive announcements. If you change your e-mail address, please inform the office AND update your e-mail account in your account settings on the school's website: www.svmsnj.org
Also be advised that you will need to opt-in to receive these communications. We recommend that you subscribe to the following eNews vehicles:
- SVMS Weekly News
- SVMS Features
- News for New Families (if you have just joined the school)
- Grade-level news (ex. Kindergarten News, etc.)
Please note that your grade-level news does NOT automatically update each year. You must adjust your account settings to reflect the new grade to which your child(ren) has/have advanced.
Registered users may subscribe to the eNewsletter using the steps outlined in the attached document below. If you have not yet become a registered user of the website, please contact email@example.com to request an account.

Remember to mark @svmsnj.org as a safe sender in your e-mail account so that messages from the school do not go to your junk or spam folders.

Committee members may want to send information to the school community about upcoming events and required tasks. Please follow the process outlined in the attached document below to submit your news item for approval by the Principal and inclusion in the Weekly eNewsletter. If you experience any difficulties in submitting your news item, please contact email@example.com so that your issue can be addressed in an efficient manner.
NOTE: There currently is a glitch that is causing the “Working” message to stay on the screen, rather than displaying a “Success” message. This issue is under review by our web host, and we hope they will resolve it soon. Once you see “Working” you may hit the “Cancel” button or the “X” to close the pop-up window. If you have any doubts that your item has been successfully submitted, you may click on the grey pencil icon which will display the list of submitted items on the right side of the screen
