• Dear Parents,

It is with enormous pride that I welcome you to the St. Vincent Martyr School website!

Located in scenic and historic Morris County, St. Vincent Martyr School is home to many generations of students since its founding in 1848. This makes us the oldest catholic school in the Diocese of Paterson. We just had the privilege of being able to add a new six-room building to our school. If the walls of our school could speak, countless tales of great academic and spiritual accomplishments would be told and blessings would radiate from all of these stories.

St. Vincent Martyr School is fully accredited by the AdvanceED Commission and has been honored with the prestigious "No School Left Behind" Blue Ribbon designation School since 2005. We are also a STEM school integrating Science. Technology. Engineering and Math
from PreK 3 through grade 8.

More than 420 children cross the threshold of our school each day from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and they are served up an education that is both challenging and engaging. Their education runs the gamut from Advanced Math to Theatre Arts spanning high level thinking skills to the creative arts. Passing on our Catholic Christian traditions is what animates our school and encourages students to discover their innate God given gifts. By honing in on the student's spiritual intelligence we are gifting them with life skills that will help them for many years beyond graduation. We provide our students with the skills to become independent thinkers and productive members of society. We are blessed with teachers who carry the torch of their own faith and bring out the best in each and every child entrusted in their care.

Do browse our website. More importantly, come and visit! Experience this unique community for yourself!

See firsthand the message our students live each day. "We are the children of God, and our mission at St. Vincent Martyr School is to develop our minds, bodies, and hearts with Jesus always by our side."
