Welcome to the Saint Vincent Martyr School Online Health Office!

My office is a busy place; available to meet the health needs of all children, including pre-school. I am at SVMS everyday from 9:30 until 2:30. Consistent care and a high level of comfort, regarding health issues are critical with young children. I am proud to say this is one of the top priorities of my office.

Routine screenings, such as eye examinations and hearing exams are completed on all children. Height, weight and body mass index screenings are also performed. Nutritional counseling is available when necessary.

A child with special medical needs will receive individual care, including children with allergies. Parent support groups for families with peanut allergies meet throughout the year to offer support and share ideas.

Physical exams are to be completed by your physician. These exams are required for all new students, as well as kindergarten students, third graders and sixth graders. Please return the physical forms to the health office before school starts.

 If your child requires medication during the school day, your physician must complete an order form for the medication. Even over the counter medication such as Tylenol, requires an order before I may administer it.
